So, once the summer is coming up for most of us, it's time for shorts & skirts, but it would be nice to have a nice bottom to go with that right?(:
 
So here we go ~
 
CLOTHES ♥.
 
- small back pocket shorts // pants
 
-you can wear spandex underneath your pants or leggings
 
- body con skirts
 
- black pants
 
- yoga pants
 
- no pocket pants
 
- designed pockets
 

EXERCISES(:
 
- lunges
 
- squats
 

- dead lifts
 
- step ups
 
- biking
 
- running
 
OTHER TIPS(:
 
- eat protien
 
- make patted panties
 
O1. take a pad & cut them so they sit on the part of the underwear where your butt checks are
 
O2. sew the pad to the back where your bum lays
 
O3. wear them(:
 
- squeeze your butt &+ hold for a few seconds when sitting , for a quick workout .
